Cuttlebug Challenge #3

I'm so happy that I found this beautiful Cuttlebug Challenge Blog . The challenge is to create something other than a card or to alter an item using your embossing folders.

I altered this small plastic container. I embossed the pink carstock and the bottom part of the paper using the Frills embossing borders. I doodled the scallop edge of the pink cardstock and I added some ribbon, small tag and charm. Here are some mini address book, mini post it and clips that I put inside this small plastic container. I used the Textile embossing folder in the blue cardstock cover of the mini address book and the clips holder. And the Floral Fantacy for the pink cover of the mini post it. My oldest daughter will it to her friend. Hope she will love it!

Think Pink sketch contest By: Becky Fleck

This is my entry for Think Pink Sketch Contest by Becky Fleck in Pagemaps Blog . My very first time to enter in her Blog challenge. Thank you Becky for this beautiful sketch, I really love it. I scrap these photos of my daughter because these are very meaningful to me and her. This is her very first school photo when she's in preschool 2 months before her 3rd birthday. And I made her dress, this is one of her favorite even when it's small for her she still want to use it so I hid it. :) Don't tell lol.

I used Basic Grey Euphoria papers. I inked around the edges, doodled the pink cardstock and added some glitter by the scalloped. I used prima flowers except the 2 cardstock that I cut out from cricut then embossed and inked it. And the 2 flowers I made from the Basic Grey papers. I embossed the edges of the photos and the right side of the pink cardstock then inked it. I printed her name and cut it out, matted in Basic Grey paper then inked it. I used the Loirah BT font.

Kazan Sketch 11 @ 2 Sketches 4 You

My entry for Kazan Sketch 11 Challenge at 2 Sketches 4 You. My first time to used my new stamp from Hero Arts, I love it. I used the Basic Grey Dasher paper.

My New Software PSE 6 & layouts

Here's Charlene layout, she used different background and she used some light effect. She's so good in PSE and I'm so thankful that she always there to help me :)

Here's my first layout using my PSE 6. I entered this layout in scrapbook.com for the October Digital Challenge - Word Art. My very first time to make my own word art. I just made the sign I used the woods from my digital scrapbook software. I used the font Loirah BT for THE LOVE OF and font Holiday Springs BTN Quill for the word ADVENTURE.

It's been almost a month now when my dear hubby bought me this amazing software PSE 6. Only today that I really used it for the very first time. This is so much fun I made my own word art for my layout. My oldest daughter showed me how to make word art *thank you Charlene*. Yes she's way better than me, I'm still learning how to use this cool software. I love it, thank you my dear hubby!

Basic Grey Challenge #6 Color Combo & Triple the Sketch Sketch 28

My card entry for Sketch 28 at Triple the Sketch . I just love this beautiful sketch. Please check out the beautiful examples of this sketch in their blog and the beautiful sketch Triple the Sketch I got the little bird in my digi scrapbook software. I printed, cut it, inked it and added 1 acrylic jewel.

My card for Basic Grey Challenge 6 - Color Combo. I picked green and red colors.

This is a simple card I couldn't think of any great sketch. I cut the Basic Grey Dasher paper using my cricut machine then doodled around the edges and added the acrylic jewels. I just love the ribbon how it turned out on the border.

Charlene's Birthday

Just a simple and quick page for Charlene's birthday. Some photos of her friends, some of her presents and her birthday cake. One of her friend gave her a bear, this is really cute with the outfit too. He bought it from Build A Bear Workshop in Ala Moana Shopping Center the biggest mall in Hawaii. The blue heart with her name was her first tried to make some embelishment. I just added the happy birthday on top. I'm very proud of her, she amazed me with all her creations.

Kazan Sketch 10 @ 2 Sketches 4 You

Here's my entry for Kazan's Sketch #10 Challenge @ 2 Skteches 4 You. I really love this sketch and I had so much fun doing this card. I made 2 vellum tags then inked the edges, added charms, crystal bards and ribbons. I embossed the white cs then inked it and added small purple rhinestones. Techniques used: inking and embossing.
